Grey Policy Series

GREY POLICY PAPERS AND GREY DAY SYMPOSIA

The color grey is associated with many of the urban environmental issues that CUEL examines – the buildings and paved streets that channel stormwater into local waterways, the dinginess of air and water pollution, the concrete channels that carry water supply into cities and the pipes that carry the wastewater away. With the Grey Policy Series, CUEL builds on the urban environmental associations with the color grey. The Grey Policy Series consists of two related components. First, the Grey Policy Series will commission and publish independent law and policy research papers, as CUEL Grey Papers, on urban environmental law topics. Second, CUEL will organize and host day-long Grey Day Symposia on selected urban environmental themes.
